Food Engineering aims to maintain the value of food components by using the basic principles of modern science and engineering, and also aims to produce high quality and reliable food. Because of increasing demand for reliable and high-quality food in our country and around the world, food engineers who have necessary knowledge are needed. For this reason, students who graduated from the Department of Food Engineering have the opportunity to find a job in the private sector and public area (Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, TUBITAK, Ministry of Development, Turkish Statistical Institute, Turkish Standards Institute, Ministry of Customs and Trades, academics in universities)
