Mission and Vision

Mission

The mission of the Department of Food Engineering is to train qualified food engineers who has knowledge about the realities of the country and the world and thus will make the projects in accordance with these facts, implement the projects, evaluate the food raw materials, design production and distribution systems for the benefit for humanity.

Vision

To be the internationally recognized research and education institute in the food engineering area by offering undergraduate and graduate programs based on a continuous improvement approach and by producing basic knowledge for technological advances and publishing those for the benefits of the society.
